The Indian Economy is under stress

The Government of India (Ministry of Finance) is planning short-term borrowing of Rs. 3.84 lakh crore through Treasury Bills for the fourth quarter (January-March 2026) of the current financial year (2025-26), to meet urgent financing needs; Weekly auctions will range from ₹29,000 crore to ₹35,000 crore.
India has overtaken Japan to become the world's fourth-largest economy in 2025, and is on course to overtake Germany to become the third-largest economy soon! It is a different matter that a fairly large share of central and state governments (from 80% to 85%) goes into mandatory expenditures such as salaries, allowances and pensions, leading to a lack of funds for development work, especially due to 'free schemes' and subsidies that are putting increasing pressure on states' revenues, increasing financial pressures and leaving less money for development. The continuous fall of the rupee is also a matter of concern!

RSS+BJP role in the country and their agenda

The role of RSS was in India's freedom struggle as much as PM Modi's role is in India's progress in the last 11 years. We can judge the role of RSS in India's freedom struggle by the fact that no RSS leaders were arrested and did not go to jail during 1942-1947. Its role in post-independence India can be judged by not unfurling the national flag till 2002. The RSS-BJP agenda is as follows: Savarkar's agenda was to make India a Hindurashtra. Hedgawar's agenda was to make strong RSS family organizations. Golwarkar's agenda was to establish a centralised government of the strong centre. DD Upadhyay's agenda was to integrate the economic resources of the nation into a few hands. 

भारत के स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में आरएसएस की भूमिका उतनी ही थी जितनी पिछले 11 वर्षों में भारत की प्रगति में पीएम मोदी की भूमिका रही है। हम भारत के स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में आरएसएस की भूमिका का आकलन इस तथ्य से कर सकते हैं कि 1942-1947 के दौरान किसी भी आरएसएस नेता को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया गया और न ही वह जेल गया। आजादी के बाद के भारत में इसकी भूमिका का अंदाजा 2002 तक राष्ट्रीय ध्वज नहीं फहराने से लगाया जा सकता है। आरएसएस-भाजपा का एजेंडा इस प्रकार हैः सावरकर का एजेंडा भारत को हिंदुराष्ट्र बनाना था। हेडगावर का एजेंडा आर. एस. एस. पारिवारिक संगठनों को मजबूत बनाना था। गोलवरकर का एजेंडा मजबूत केंद्र की एक केंद्रीकृत सरकार स्थापित करना था। डी. डी. उपाध्याय का एजेंडा राष्ट्र के आर्थिक संसाधनों को कुछ हाथों में एकीकृत करना था। 

PM Modi's Educational Degrees and Delhi High Court

On May 9, 2016, Shri Arun Jaitley and Shri Amit Shah presented copies of Prime Minister Modi's BA and MA degrees to the media. There were more than two dozen errors revealed in photocopies of those two-degree documents. While educational qualifications are not a requirement for becoming the Prime Minister of India, there is doubt regarding Modi's claims to holding these two degrees. He claimed to have these two degrees in his election nomination papers for his 2014 candidacy in the Varanasi constituency. Misrepresenting personal credentials after taking an oath under the Constitution is a serious offence in a democratic country. 

Additionally, the order of the Delhi High Court to Delhi University not to provide information about PM Modi's degrees is seen as violating citizens' constitutional rights under the Right to Information Act. Delhi University is an autonomous institution under the Act of the Indian Parliament, not under the Delhi High Court. The case of PM Modi's education degrees is not a legal matter, but it is a case filed under the RTI Act that is being violated by Delhi University. 

The Prime Minister does not have impunity under the Constitution while serving in office, yet Prime Minister Modi appears to have sidelined the rule of law. He has a constitutional duty and a responsibility to uphold political morality and democratic values, yet his actions seem to contradict these principles. But the truth about Modi's educational degrees will come out one day.

Will Marxism wither away

Marxism failed because of the changing class nature, structure and process. It could not provide a stable political organization as an alternative to democracy. Capitalism provided a democratic system and built socialism within the framework of democracy and capitalism. Democratic socialism was drowned in Marxism. Marxism cannot flourish without the class structure of society. Democracy is a slow death for Marxism / Communism / Maoism. Chinese communism is still alive because there is no democracy in China. Communism / Marxism can survive in capitalism as in China. Another reason for the failure of Marxism is that it regards capitalism as an enemy forever. Capitalism is the historical and permanent nature, structure and process of an evolutionary society. This is a reality in most societies. Marxists could not understand this reality. Now they have become irrelevant.

बदलती वर्ग प्रकृति, संरचना और प्रक्रिया के कारण मार्क्सवाद विफल हो गया। यह लोकतंत्र के विकल्प के रूप में एक स्थिर राजनीतिक संगठन/संगठन प्रदान नहीं कर सकता था। पूँजीवाद ने एक लोकतांत्रिक प्रणाली प्रदान की और लोकतंत्र और पूँजीवाद के ढांचे के भीतर समाजवाद का निर्माण किया। लोकतांत्रिक समाजवाद मार्क्सवाद में डूब गया। समाज के वर्ग ढांचे के बिना मार्क्सवाद पनप नहीं सकता। लोकतंत्र मार्क्सवाद/साम्यवाद/माओवाद के लिए एक धीमी मृत्यु है। चीनी साम्यवाद अभी भी जीवित है क्योंकि चीन में कोई लोकतंत्र नहीं है। साम्यवाद/मार्क्सवाद चीन की तरह पूँजीवाद में जीवित रह सकता है। मार्क्सवाद की विफलता का एक और कारण यह है कि यह पूँजीवाद को हमेशा के लिए एक दुश्मन के रूप में मानता है। पूँजीवाद एक विकासवादी समाज की ऐतिहासिक और स्थायी प्रकृति, संरचना और प्रक्रिया है। अधिकांश समाजों में यह एक वास्तविकता है। मार्क्सवादी इस वास्तविकता को समझ नहीं सके। अब वे अप्रासंगिक हो गए हैं।

SIR is between ECI and SCI

The two-judge bench of the Supreme Court of India did not halt the process of Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls but gave permission to the Election Commission of India to continue it throughout the country. As we know, how is the ECI doing its job as per the government's interest? The ECI will dilute the SIR exercise instead of making it more transparent, credible, and reliable. Justice Suryakant will be the next CJI to serve the government's interests. We can see Justice Suryakant standing with Haryana BJP leaders in this photo. भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की दो-न्यायाधीशों की पीठ ने मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन संशोधन की प्रक्रिया को नहीं रोका, बल्कि भारत के चुनाव आयोग को इसे पूरे देश में जारी रखने की अनुमति दी। जैसा कि हम जानते हैं, ईसीआई सरकार के हित के अनुसार अपना काम कैसे कर रहा है? ई. सी. आई. एस. आई. आर. कवायद को अधिक पारदर्शी, विश्वसनीय और विश्वसनीय बनाने के बजाय इसे कमजोर कर देगा। न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत सरकार के हितों की सेवा करने वाले अगले सीजेआई होंगे। हम इस तस्वीर में न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत को हरियाणा भाजपा नेताओं के साथ खड़े देख सकते हैं।

Straydogs and Humans

Cows are elevated to a sacred status (gaumata) by religious fundamentalists and their preferred government, which has led to a ban on cow slaughter. As a result, cows have become the largest population of stray animals in India. Currently, the majority of animal shelters in the country are for cows. If cows can be kept in shelters (gaushalaye), then why can't dogs have their own shelters (dogshalaye)? Additionally, we have old-age homes for abandoned elderly people, so why not create safe parks specifically for dogs that are secure for both them and humans? The government should consider alternative solutions for managing stray dogs instead of enforcing a blanket ban that allows seizing their freedom. 

धार्मिक कट्टरपंथियों और उनकी पसंदीदा सरकार द्वारा गायों को एक पवित्र दर्जा (गौमाता) दिया जाता है, जिसके कारण गोहत्या पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। नतीजतन, गायें भारत में आवारा जानवरों की सबसे बड़ी आबादी बन गई हैं। वर्तमान में, देश में अधिकांश पशु आश्रय गायों के लिए हैं। अगर गायों को आश्रय (गौशाला) में रखा जा सकता है तो कुत्तों के पास अपना आश्रय (डॉगशाला) क्यों नहीं हो सकता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, हमारे पास परित्यक्त बुजुर्ग लोगों के लिए वृद्धाश्रम हैं, तो क्यों न विशेष रूप से कुत्तों के लिए ऐसे सुरक्षित उद्यान बनाए जाएं जो उनके और मनुष्यों दोनों के लिए सुरक्षित हों? सरकार को आवारा कुत्तों के प्रबंधन के लिए एक पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लागू करने के बजाय वैकल्पिक समाधान पर विचार करना चाहिए जो उनकी स्वतंत्रता को जब्त करने की अनुमति देता है। 

Dog bites case in the Supreme Court

Data on street dogs tells a different story of the danger side of street dogs. The court's order is based on data/facts/safety related to dog bites, not emotion, humanity, and privileged rights. People who suffer from a dog bite know more about the reality of street dogs. More than 3.5 crore cases of dog bites were reported in 2024. The parliament report says that out of these people, 40% were children, 40% were elderly, and 20% were young people. The WHO wants India to become rabies-free by 2030. 

सड़क के कुत्तों पर डेटा सड़क के कुत्तों के खतरे के पक्ष की एक अलग कहानी बताता है। अदालत का आदेश कुत्ते के काटने से संबंधित डेटा/तथ्यों/सुरक्षा पर आधारित है, न कि भावना, मानवता और विशेषाधिकार प्राप्त अधिकारों पर। जो लोग कुत्ते के काटने से पीड़ित होते हैं, वे सड़क के कुत्तों की वास्तविकता के बारे में अधिक जानते हैं। वर्ष 2024 में कुत्तों के काटने के 3.5 करोड़ से अधिक मामले सामने आए। संसद की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि इन लोगों में से 40% बच्चे, 40% बुजुर्ग और 20% युवा थे। डब्ल्यूएचओ चाहता है कि भारत 2030 तक रेबीज मुक्त हो जाए।
