Congress politics in Rajasthan

Political ambition of a senior leader always kills the ability and good ideology of a young leader and erodes his(her) own good works. Old leaders are power hungers and promote to nepotism in the party that is not acceptable to young leaders. Senior leaders should be involved in the party organisation and young leaders should run the govt. Old versus young leaders is going in the Congress. The High Command should put full stop to this bi-polar politics between old and young leaders. Rajasthan has been bearing the govt of two parties and two leaders since 1998-99. Young leaders have ability of getting the support of all castes. The present leader of the ruling party is not changing his work culture and not giving the way to young leaders.
