In last month Rajya Sabha elections in Rajasthan, Congress got 130 votes in favour of its candidates. Total strength of Assembly is 200, Congress-107, BJP-72, other parties and independent-21 MLAs. Was there no support and labour of Sachin Pilot for the party in Rajya Sabha election? Could Gahlot got alone votes of 130 MLAs out of 200 in Rajya Sabha election?
What was need of issuing notice to the Deputy CM for what cause? I know Sachin Pilot would not get support of 30 MLAs but it would not benefit to Sachin also. But Sachin can not be sidelined in Rajasthan's politics.
Ashok Gahlot has been either sidelining or eliminating one after one leader of other castes as Jat, Gurjar, Meena, Bairwa, etc since 1998-99.
Recent years, Babulal Nagar, Ramlal Jat and Rameshwar Dudi are either left the Congress or sidelined. Why leaders of OBC, SC, and ST are always on the target of Gahlot and now Sachin? It means leaders of these categories have no ability and mass support in both Party and Government. Gahlot does not see ability in other leaders and he keeps him over and above others in both party and government. Old leaders are like old aged lion that have no power himself but use cheap tactics to show the power.
The High Command is highjacked by old leaders. It can not go against old leaders and these leaders have no mass support specially majority votes of youth. But they successfully manage their corteges around the High Command and foil to every attempt of young leader of entering into the cortege around the HC. This is an organisational culture in the INC.
The Congress High Command should call back all old leaders in party's organisation. It is only Gujarat at presently there is no old leaders in state's party organisation. Sachin wants to fullfil his election promises to voters but he is not able to deliver these.
Ashok Gahlot does not want party's command in hand of Sachin. The ministries and administration both are under control of elite classes. Sachin is already sidelined in the matters of government but the CM is trying to him sideline in the party's matters. The notice issued to Sachin is a result of the ongoing efforts of sidelining him in the party organisation.
Gahlot does not have trust upon Sachin regarding the stability of his government. I do not think that Sachin is intervening in the matter of governance. But he is boss of his party will have all right to manage all affairs of the party. Even the High Command does not have any objection about Sachin Pilot but as it is knowing fact that the HC is highjacked by old leaders and these leaders are promoting nepotism and hierarchy in the party organisation.
The Congress High Command never listen to voices of party's MLAs and even in case of Scindhiya and Pradyut Kishor Debbarma party did not learn any lesson. Will cortege of old leaders bring back to Congress to the power? Ashok Gahlot is also a member of this cortege.
Old leaders can not survive without power and they have no mass support with them also. So if this is situation in Congress, then, the High Command should throw them out. But the problem is that the HC is not able to come out from the cortege to hear to voices of young and mass leaders.
